To make your purchase:

Select the thread color you like for the embroidery. This color will be used for all embroidery.

Just so you know, our sweatshirts are made with top-notch quality from a Gildan 8 oz. blend of 50/50 cotton and polyester fleece.
Size Information:
Check out the size chart in the pictures. Our sweatshirts are made to be unisex regular fit, so stick to your usual size for a comfy fit. If you're in between sizes or prefer a snug fit, go a size down. To be precise, measure a similar shirt at home while it's flat and compare it to our size chart.
Care Instructions:
Although our sweatshirts are durable for multiple washes, we suggest washing them inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat for optimal longevity. If necessary, lightly iron with a medium setting, taking care to avoid direct contact with the embroidered areas.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Please note that all sales are final as our sweatshirts are custom-made to order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

* Revision Policy:
• You are entitled to 2 free revisions.
• $10 fee for 3+ revisions.
• If you'd like to start fresh with a new photo, there's a $15 fee due to the additional work involved in reworking the design.
* Care Instructions
To keep your custom sweatshirt looking its best, please follow these guidelines:
1. Hand Wash (Recommended): Wash gently by hand with cold water to preserve the embroidery and fabric.
2. Machine Wash (If needed): If using a washing machine, wash the sweatshirt inside out on a low, cold water cycle. This helps protect the embroidery.
3. Air Dry Only: Do not use a dryer. The heat can damage the embroidery. Instead, let your sweatshirt air dry flat.
4. Wash with Like Colors: Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface. We strongly recommend washing your sweatshirt with like-colored garments to avoid any potential staining. Washing in cold water helps minimize this risk.
5. Avoid Stain Removers: Do not use stain removers, as they can strip the dye and damage the sweatshirt.
* Proof Approval
• You must approve your proof within 7 days of receiving it. After this period, the proof will be auto approved and sent into production.
• No changes can be made once the design is in production, so please review it carefully.
• If you have a Hotmail email address, please check your spam folder. We recommend using a different email provider, if possible, to ensure you receive all communications promptly.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Each item is made to order, and we work closely with you to ensure your design is perfect before it goes into production
