Refunds Before Customization
We offer a “no-questions-asked” money-back guarantee before your product is sent to the manufacturer for customization. This means you may cancel your order at any time prior to the start of production. However, once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer for customization, we do not accept cancellations and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds After Shipping
Since all of our products are custom-made according to customer requirements and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or refunds after shipment.
However, for single orders (non-bulk orders), we do accept order cancellations before shipping; once you have received your custom doll, we are no longer able to accept such cancellations. We offer complimentary proofing for most sculpting options, so your satisfaction is ensured during the proofing stage.
Please note that if delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer—such as providing an incorrect shipping address or changing the address during transit resulting in a failed delivery—we will not issue a refund.
Damages During Shipping
Our bobblehead dolls are very well packed, and damage during shipping is rare.
However, if this unlikely event occurs, please contact us within 48 hours, file a damage report with the relevant party, and provide Ucustomx Bobblehead with your order number and clear photos of the damaged dolls.

If you do not provide the above information within 48 hours after the tracking information shows the package as delivered, we will not be able to process your case.
The following are the specific solutions for different types of damage:

Product Dissimilar
Due to the fact that each bobblehead is a completely handmade custom product, we cannot guarantee 100% similarity to the image you provide.
Within 7 working days after your order is completed, we will send you an email with the facial proof of the bobblehead (face only).
Please reply within 24 hours to either approve or disapprove the proof. During this period, we will revise the proof according to your requests until you confirm your approval.
If you do not reply within 24 hours, we will assume that you have approved the proof and proceed with shipment.
1: Proof approved: This means you have approved the proof and no further modifications will be made.
2: Proof approved by default: This means we will assume you have accepted the original proof.
* Under the above circumstances, if you receive the bobblehead and complain that it is dissimilar, we will not provide redo or refund services.
Wrong Product From Warehouse
Due to an error by our warehouse staff, you have received a bobblehead from another customer’s order.
Please contact us at support@ucustomx.com within 48 hours and attach photos and information about the bobblehead. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
You may choose one of the following solutions:
1: Return and remake: We will provide you with our return address and cover the return shipping costs. We will then remake your order.
2: Return and refund: We will provide you with our return address and cover the return shipping costs. After you send the package back, we will issue you a 100% refund.
Bobblehead Changes
Since the bobblehead is a handmade custom product, no changes can be made once it has entered production.
If you need to make any modifications, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. For modification requests made after 48 hours, the following fees will apply:
