Cancellation & Modification

  • Modifying or Cancelling Your Order:
    If you need to adjust or cancel your order, just email us your order number along with the details of your request. We will handle the update and notify you as soon as it is finalized.
  • Within the First 2 Hours:
    Order modifications and cancellations are possible during this window.
  • After 2 Hours Have Passed:
    Your order enters the processing stage and becomes locked. At this point, we can no longer accommodate cancellations or changes.

Important Information:
Customized orders enter processing immediately upon completion, often making alterations impossible. We strongly advise reviewing all details thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

During peak holiday periods, requested modifications may slightly extend delivery times. However, this is uncommon as we strive to implement changes promptly.

Free Replacement or Refund

We prioritize your satisfaction over the need for returns: Our view is that providing a replacement or refund is the most effective way to address any issues. As a result, you won't need to send the original items back to us—they're yours to keep and use as you wish.

We'll handle any concerns completely within 45 days of your order's delivery, provided the products are:
- Arrived in a damaged, faulty, or non-working condition
- Different from what you originally requested or from the details in your order confirmation email
- Missing or never received, as long as the address you supplied was correct

You can choose either a REPLACEMENT or a REFUND.

No Refund or Replacement with small fee

1. NO REFUND
The situations below are not covered by our Refund and Replacement policy. We understand this may be frustrating, but we are unable to take responsibility in these cases:

  • Requests for a refund made more than 45 days after the product has been delivered
  • Personal reasons, such as changing your mind or deciding you no longer want the item, whether during transit or after receipt
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product

2. REPLACEMENT WITH A SMALL FEE
In certain situations, we may offer a replacement at a reduced cost compared with the original price:

  • The incorrect item, design, or size was received due to inaccurate customization details provided by you
  • Your order was returned and disposed of because the shipping address submitted was incorrect
