All products at UCUSTOMX are produced on demand. When you place an order, each item is created specifically for you—one at a time—to guarantee superior quality. We collaborate with various artists and manufacturers around the globe, so shipping times may vary. This worldwide network also allows us to offer highly competitive prices.

Shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local postal services.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

During peak holiday periods—such as Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas—estimated delivery times may be delayed by a few extra days.

  • The timeframes above apply only to standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
  •  Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii typically require an additional 7–10 days compared with other U.S. states.
  • Delivery to military addresses is currently limited; we apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within the stated windows, but these are estimates and may vary by order. Certain items may need extra time to be produced or delivered.
  • International shipments may face additional delays for customs clearance. Customs procedures are beyond our control; we apologize for any resulting hold-ups.
  • Large items (e.g., canvases, posters) cannot be sent to PO Boxes and will be dispatched separately to ensure safe delivery. Free-shipping offers do not apply to these shipments.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor its progress.

 

ORDER TRACKING

After your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor its progress. Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their tracking system.

If tracking shows no updates, it usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned the parcel yet. Once scanned, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, reach out to us and we’ll investigate and assist.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot be held liable if an order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information.

If you request the carrier to reroute or forward a package after it has left our warehouse, any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during that redirected delivery is not our responsibility.
